At Home Companions are people with an interest
and concern for older people who can empathize
with their clients. Companions are selected
for their reliability, patience and sensitivity
to the special needs of the elderly
Each Companion is carefully screened and
oriented by At Home's professional staff.
A regular physical examination is required
of all Companions and each is bonded.

Companions are supervised
by a Service Coordinator located in the At
Home office. The coordinator provides regular
performance monitoring and reviews the daily
log for the service plan kept by the Companion.
